ISBN: 978-0593599853

Series: Book 1 of 2 of the Saga of the Unfated

Genre: Fiction/Fantasy Romance

Pages: 464

Basics: A story of a women in a unwanted marriage. Her secret is exposed and she has now become the weapon for the wana be king of Skaland. With a fobidden attraction causing issues with her training to become the ultimate weapon, what is a girl to do?

Review: This was a interesting book. The secret is her weapon. the so called king needs her secret so he can be king of the land but the attraction to the "kings" son makes the journey difficult. There is a  fight not only on the field but in their hearts to do the sensable thing. Love wins but not everything is as it seems to be. The story does end on a cliffhanger, but there is a second book. I have not purchased it yet. I liked the story but I am not sure I am interested enough to purchase a second book to find out the ending.

Rating: 4/5 Good story but ends on a cliff hanger.

Series: A pure heart series

Genre: Fiction/Romance Fiction/Fantasy Fiction

Pages: 470

Next book has not been released

Basics: A story about a princess and a red coat that helps her protect her subjects from the dangers of the world. She meets a band of merry men and is intrigued by their leader. An evil Queen hatches a wicked plan. Even if love is not on the agenda, it finds itself brewing between the two main characters. As a team, they must work together to bring justice to the kingdom while putting their desires aside.

Review: This is a fantastic story that weaves in familiar elements from classic fairy tales such as Peter Pan, Little Red Riding Hood, Robin Hood, Snow White, and more. As the story unfolds, these references appear in clever and unexpected ways.

The novel features a steamy romance between the main characters, along with an implied M/M relationship. It delivers plenty of butterflies—not just from the romance, but from the action-packed moments as well.

Rating: 5/5 Highly recomended
