1/5 had a great base of story but no love scenes till the end and it was a warm wash and then they were holding each other. Never found out what happened to the other rescued humans they just disappeared from the page. Lots of repetition. No spice. 3/5 story has a lot of mental abuse as the MMC trys to break down his new sheltered bride to be his *perfect wife* he doesn't realize the damage he is doing. Not something I would normally read but the blurbs for it sounded good. Side characters are very complicated but fit well with the story. HEA with a twist.
